Photo shoot...

We finally had Family/Charlie's pictures taken. We have needed to get them done for quite some time and we finally did it. I think they did a great job, and I am so happy you can see those big chocolate brown eyes so well :)

Backyard pool

Andrew filled this pool up the other day. After Charlie's nap we thought we would just put his feet in and come out later with his swimsuit on. Well, as soon as he put his feet in he sat right down, and then went on his belly, fully clothed!!! So, he ate lunch in his pool that day. He wanted to stay in so we stripped him down. He then wanted his sunglasses because it was "too bright". So that afternoon Charlie had lunch in his pool, naked, with sunglasses on...priceless :)

Memorial Day

For Memorial Day we went to Fairview for a few days and Logan for the rest. It was fun to spend time with both families. I love Memorial Day because it marks the beginning of summer :) Here are a few pictures from that weekend:

 tractor. Charlie is still talking about riding in the digger with Grandpa:)

A little announcement...

Yes, that is right we are expecting our second baby on December 15. I was NEVER going to have a December baby, but we will take what we can get. These babies come when THEY are ready not us. We couldn't be more excited (or sick, hence they lack of posts). What better gift to get at Christmas time then a brand new baby? Hopefully in the next few weeks I will feel a little better and can spend a little more time on the blog and a little less time next to the porcelain throne :) YEA, for baby number 2!!

Nine years...

Monday Andrew and I had our nine year anniversary!! He wanted to surprise me with a trip since next anniversary we will have a new baby (more to come on that subject)!! We went to Scottsdale for the weekend. It was hot, relaxing, and just a nice little weekend together. Thanks Anita, Kim, Sadie and Estee for taking such good care of Charlie for us while we were away :) I can't believe that nine years have passed. We have had a lot of hard times and a lot of wonderful times and there is no one I would rather go through all of it with than Andrew. I feel so blessed to have such a wonderful husband, friend and father to Charlie. I am so grateful for where our little family is right now. Everyone is healthy, happy and excited to be able to have another little baby join our family. We are so blessed and I am grateful everyday for the blessing of my family.
