Happy Halloween

We had the cutest little Trick or Treaters around. Charlie was a football player, Macie a unicorn, and Connor a cowboy (with Andrews cowboy boots and all):

This whole picture sequence of Macie kills me...

...in these ones she wanted to hold Connors hand but didn't move from her pose the whole time:

pumpkin carving

We carved pumpkins for family night and it went down the same way it always does. Andrew and I clean out the pumpkins, I carve everyones pumpkins while Andrew lets them help him drill his pumpkin. After they are done drilling holes they get bored and start playing while I finish carving all of them.

Our neighbors the Prestons came over and wanted to help too:

Lately Macie loves to pick out her clothes:
Macie wanted a kitty:

Connor wanted Mike Wizouski (from Monsters Inc.):

And Charlie drew the face he wanted carved on his pumpkin:

Cox Halloween party

My Mom had her annual Halloween party. We had a yummy dinner, a fun lady came and did a show with a bunch of neat animals, and my Mom gave the kids some fun Halloween bags. We had a great time!

The kids were so excited to see the animals:

We got to see and hold a chinchilla:

A boa constrictor:

A skunk (without its stinker in):

A large rabbit:

and a tortoise:
(she also brought a sugar glider, and a hedgehog, and a chameleon)

The kids enjoyed their treat bags:

Thanks Mom for such a fun Halloween party!!
