We went cruising....

We just got back from a trip with my family (minus Chris, Chels and Matt). We went on a cruise to Bermuda, Boston, Newport (Rhode Island), and Baltimore. We had a great time except that we only saw the sun poke through the clouds a couple of days:(  Some of the highlights of the trip were: We were able to shop around Hamilton (the capital of Bermuda) and see the most beautiful beach EVER!! In Boston we went on the Freedom Trail with such a funny tour guide. In Newport we toured two of the Vanderbilts summer homes, and they were unbelievable. In Baltimore we saw (from afar) Fort McHenry, shopped around the harbor, and were able to see the Orioles Stadium. The trip was so much fun but we missed our little Charlie so much. Thanks Kim and Anita for taking such good care of our sweet baby, and thanks Mom and Dad for such a fun trip :)

Downtown Hamilton.

In Bermuda all the buildings are Easter egg
colors and the roofs are all white. It is so fun and colorful.

The houses on the water were so big.

There were jellyfish and lizards everywhere.

We had a few formal dinners on the ship.

Boston was so wet that this is the only picture of us there.
Paul Revere's house.
We saw this house as we were coming into Newport.
The front of Marble House.
The back of Marble House.

The front of The Breakers.

The houses and properties of the Newport mansions were
unreal. I seriously have never seen anything like it before.

Baltimore Harbor.
Fort McHenry behind us.
The Baltimore Orioles stadium.

Sorry for the picture overload.

Mothers Day Weekend

We had a wonderful Mother's Day Weekend. We watched Nixon on Saturday night while Chels and Chris went to dinner for their Anniversary, then on Sunday we went to Logan, and today we were able to talk to Matt! Here are a few pictures from the weekend:

Charlie LOVES to be around Nixon, he is always trying to give him kisses.

Look at that sweet face!

Grammy was so excited to have ALL of her kids and grandkids together.

Chels had the idea to have the boys in Hungarian flag onesies While
we Skyped with Matt. Thanks Chels for making them and for the fun idea.

Charlie thinks Grandpa is pretty cool.
