Spring Break

 We had such a great Spring Break!! We went to Disneyland for the first few days and then we headed down to San Diego. Disneyland was fantastic, we were a little sad because our passes expired but we had a fun few days. Then we rode a train down the coast to San Diego which was a hit. We went to a Padres game, Sea World, Coronado, Little Italy, and Balboa Park. We seriously had such a great trip!!

My Mom and Dad joined us for the first few days in Disneyland. We were so happy they wanted to come with us again.

Tyson also joined us for a lot of the trip. The kids love him so much!!

On our way to San Diego. It was also Charlie's birthday so it was fun to do something totally different for his birthday!

Padres game:

Tyson spoiled us!! He used his upgrade and upgraded our room to a suite. It was amazing!! Then he had the hotel leave cakes and a Happy Birthday note for Charlie when we got to the hotel!! He is so thoughtful.

We also ate at a yummy seafood restaurant called Bernadine's and it was so good! The brought out this yummy mud pie for him.

We finished off the Sea World day in Little Italy and ate at Felipe's Restaurant and it was fantastic!!

Of course we had to go to the Hotel Dell in Coronado. It was a fun day at the beach and Coronado!

Extra curricular activities

We have been so so busy with sports!! Charlie and Connor both played Jr. Jazz, then they both played Mueller Park baseball, and both played on their comp soccer teams. Macie was busy with dance and gymnastics. She did three competitions, one recital, and two other performances. Whew!!! We have had a really good time and the kids played and performed so well, but we are ready for a little break after this crazy spring!!

Connor wanted to pitch a couple games, and did really well!! He was so brave!

St. George Soccer Tournament

Charlie and Connor both had soccer tournament the same weekend in St. George. Amazingly Andrew had those days off of training and was able to come with us! We mostly went to soccer games, swam and ate. It was a nice sunny weekend and felt so nice to be outside in the sunshine. Connor's team lost all their games, but Charlie's team lost in the final game on a shot that happened the last ten seconds of the game. Kind of a heartbreaker!!
