Dinner in the canyon

We went up the canyon with Sadie and Drew yesterday. We had a fire and made dinner and roasted marshmallows. It was super fun and the kids loved it. It was nice and cool and the air smelled so fresh. It was a great way to spend our Saturday evening!

Macie was thrilled to have a cookie.

Andrew was the "bad guy" so they tied him up to a tree.

These two are good little friends. Macie wants to do everything Annie does.

Charlie is into tying things up, so he brought these tie downs to play with.

The car had dust all over it when we got home and these sticky little finger
prints were left on the door :)

Splash pad

We went to the splash pad a few days ago and the kids loved it!! We went with Chels and Sadie. Macie and Annie are good little friends. I hardly got any pictures of Charlie and Nixon because they were running around so fast. And Jake avoided getting wet the WHOLE time!! He would just run around the water, so he is in a few pictures avoiding the water.

Fourth of July

The Fourth of July was fun and busy. My Mom did a Fourth of July dinner before they left on their trip. Then, on the third Andrew took Charlie to Chris and Chelsea's house to watch the Eaglewood fireworks. Charlie and Nixon were two peas in a pod. Finally, on the fourth Andrew and I went on a hike right by our house up North Canyon, and it was beautiful. Then later that day we went to Oakridge for dinner, kids fun, and fireworks. I love the Fourth of July!!
