We took a trip to California and stopped first at Jared and Laura's house in Lompoc. They just moved to California so it was fun to have them show us where they live. They live in a beautiful place and we couldn't have had a better time!!
The kids were awesome on the flight:
When we finally got there Sawyer was outside waiting in the street for us...seriously so darling!!
On the way to the beach we went to a park where a bunch of Monarch butterflies migrate.

We went to Pizmo beach and the kids were in Heaven. It was such a fun and beautiful beach.

The water was FREEZING and the only person (on the whole beach) swimming was Jared:

We spent the weekend with Jared and Laura before we headed down to Disneyland. Our kids were so sad to leave their cousins. We had such a fun time and Jared and Laura were great hosts.
